The decision before the detail
Book the official Arsenal audio tour for the intended date, arrive at the tour desk in the Armoury around 15 minutes early, allow about one hour for the stadium route and roughly 30 minutes for the included museum. Recheck opening hours because stadium events can change access.
What to know first
- The standard product is a self-guided audio tour.
- Museum entry and branded earphones are included.
- The handset supports seven languages including BSL.
- Events can alter opening hours and the available route.
What the official Arsenal tour currently includes
We reviewed Arsenal Direct’s tour listing, opening-hours page and Arsenal Help Centre on 6 October 2026. Prices are deliberately excluded because the booking page localises currency and live availability; use the checkout for the exact date and party.

Choose the official product
Arsenal Direct sells the standard Stadium Tour as a self-guided audio experience. The listed route includes the Directors Box, players’ entrance, home and away dressing rooms, the tunnel, pitchside, the home dugout and media areas. The precise route remains subject to stadium operations.
Museum entry and branded earphones are included. Souvenir photographs are optional and cost extra, so they should not be treated as part of the admission price. Arsenal advertises a member discount; verify eligibility and the live total during booking.
Allow enough time
The Help Centre suggests roughly one hour for the tour and around 30 minutes for the museum, but there is no reason to plan a tight connection around those minimums. Reading displays, waiting for photographs and moving with children or a group can extend the visit.
The tour begins at the tour desk inside the Armoury store. Arsenal asks visitors to arrive about 15 minutes early. Add the walk from the station and time to find the desk rather than treating the booking time as the station-arrival time.
Check the date, not only the normal hours
Arsenal publishes a normal opening pattern, but stadium events can change the hours or close parts of the route. Open the official calendar immediately before committing to transport, especially on a match weekend.
A dated ticket can be used within the conditions shown by the club, while a Flexi product has different validity. Read the exact product terms; do not assume every ticket can be moved in the same way.
Plan language and accessibility
The audio handset is offered in seven languages and includes British Sign Language. Confirm the required format at the desk. Arsenal’s Help Centre says the audio and legend tours are accessible for wheelchair users, but individual needs should still be raised before the visit.
Accessibility is more than step-free entry. Ask about rest points, companion arrangements, hearing or visual support and any route alteration affecting the booked date.
Build the tour into the London trip
A non-match day gives the visit the most resilience. Leave travel luggage at the hotel, allow for the north London return and avoid placing the tour between two non-refundable transfers.
If the tour shares a weekend with a match, confirm both products separately. A match ticket does not create tour admission, and tour access does not guarantee that every matchday room will be open.
